Archetypes

Archetypes are a reference to an ideal. However, the way we consider it at Archetype Yoga is that no person is perfect and the goal is not perfection. We are meant to reference an archetype so that we can incorporate and inform our physical health. When we reference a triangle, we would look at how 3 points are a symbol of strength, structure, stability and create a balance. When we use our bodies to make a triangle we are meant to find ourselves organized in that way. The end goal is to use our bodies to find harmony and have a reference to do that.
