If you’ve never done yoga before…
start with Restorative or Slow Flow. You’ll become acclimated with postures, have time to learn at a slower pace and build the framework for a practice that will feel like a breath of fresh air!
If you’ve practiced before and want to maintain your pace…
take Archetype Flow or Katonah Yoga. You’ll get moving, refine poses, measure up, and re-orient to develop new tools to enhance your practice.
