Our instructors incorporate “why” and “how”, informing students in a learn as you go workshop style setting. Every class piques curiosity and gives students a multi dimensional experience.

If you’ve never done yoga before…

start with Restorative or Slow Flow. You’ll become acclimated with postures, have time to learn at a slower pace and build the framework for a practice that will feel like a breath of fresh air!

If you’ve practiced before and want to maintain your pace…

take Archetype Flow or Katonah Yoga. You’ll get moving, refine poses, measure up, and re-orient to develop new tools to enhance your practice.

    This slower paced class remedies the toll daily movements and habitual patterns make on the body to reform and renovate by utilizing props as scaffolding, imaginative breath work and time to properly set up and fully investigate each pose.

  • A delicate trinity combining slow placed flow that eases into restorative yoga layered with imaginative breath work to enjoy the best that each has to offer.

  • Katonah Yoga Class Schedule

    Our signature style, taught at an open level. Expect a classical Hatha Yoga practice in a workshop style setting, layered with theory to cultivate techniques for personal integration and communal well being.

  • Our signature recipe, taught at an open level. Expect a challenging yet playful yoga practice that fluently weaves together postures, and breath for physical, emotional health and well being.

  • Give your body the gift to unplug and just listen. In this slow shift from an active mind into the dream-like state, we invite sound as a therapeutic outlet for emotions to move closer to resolution and personal growth.

  • Private sessions are the best way to understand your body. Over time posture changes and reveals everything about you. How you cope with life events, what you over or under use and overall inhabit your body. Private sessions are informative for all and are particularly well suited for individuals experiencing pain.
