What can you expect from this dynamic duo?

Both Sara and Mei-Ling passionately teach through the lens of Katonah Yoga. For years, they studied under master instructors and continue to train to be the best instructors they can be. Classes are layered with theory in a workshop style setting and encourage cultivating techniques on and off the mat. Expect tons of personalized attention, hands on adjustments and candid opportunities to learn from each other.

  • Grounded in Katonah Yoga and trained in the Sedona Method, I aim to create a welcoming space for community, growth, and creativity, where students can cultivate tools to embrace inner wisdom, nurture resilience, and find joy along the way. I craft classes that harmonize movement, mindful exploration, and self-discovery. As a teacher, I bring a deep love for yoga, Taoism, and Eastern philosophies with a compassionate and inclusive spirit.

  • Sara has been a yoga instructor for the past 8 years and opened Archetype Yoga after relocating from NYC to LA. She is passionate about help ing students learn technique and build a sustainable practice.
