    Decide where your practice fits into your schedule and book your classes at the start of your week so you’re committed.

  • Variety is Key

    Try a few different times, instructors and class types to see how your body feels. Take 2-3 classes a week for optimum benefits.

  • Repetition builds habits

    Create a ritual by taking the same class twice and identifying where your practice can remain a priority in your schedule.

What to expect on your first visit.

  • We are a boutique yoga studio with a class size maximum of 20 students. Most our classes range from 5-15 students.

  • We have all of the props needed for practice including: mats, blocks, blankets and straps. You are welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.

  • Ensure that you’ve got time to get signed in and begin your practice with ease. Instructors arrive 15mins before class.

  • We have a 12-hour cancellation policy to ensure that fellow students are able to access class spots otherwise you will lose your class credit.

  • 1-2 hour free street parking is located around the perimeter of the building. The parking lot located at Madison Ave. and Colorado Blvd. accommodates longer visits. Rates start at $1.50 per hour. Pay via the Passport app.

  • You’ll have a place to fill up your water bottle. Other beverages and snacks are available for purchase.

  • Our studio door closes 15 minutes after class begins. You are welcome to join within that time frame. Feel free to reach out by call or text to let us know if you are expecting to be late prior to the start of class.
