Let the Transformation begin.

What begins as a training becomes an ongoing journey that continues to evolve with endless opportunities for learning, teaching and transformation.

Begin: Archetype Yoga 200hr YTT

Let your practice shift from something you do into something you understand. This 200-hour training is an invitation into that shift.

Yoga Teacher Training is an immersion in the language of practice. Rooted in Katonah-informed principles, we’ll explore yoga as a system of structure, metaphor, and personal inquiry. Expect a balance of physical yoga, theory, and conversation. We’ll approach the body as architecture, the breath as pattern, and the practice as a kind of personal mythology that reveals itself over time. Precise, imaginative, transformative.

What we’ll cover:
✅ Asana through a Katonah-informed lens
✅ Breath work and intelligent sequencing
✅ Form and alignment as a living geometry
✅ Anatomy that makes sense in your body
✅ Practical tools for teaching (and living) with clarity

You don’t need to be flexible. You don’t need to be a teacher. You just need a willingness to dive deeper.

  • "It was such a good class super relaxing lots of variations and structure. Sara is the best she’s super attentive. Her instruction is clear. Her voice is very soothing the whole class there are a lot of happened, but I also feel like time flies love it definitely will come back.

  • "Have been practicing at Archetype Yoga consistently for the past 5 months, and it’s truly become a special part of my week. The studio is spacious, calming, with thoughtful touches like two full bathrooms, unique merchandise and a little library, that make the whole experience feel easy and welcoming. The vibe here is incredibly grounded. Everyone, from the instructors to the fellow students are friendly and down to earth. It never feels intimidating or “scene-y,” just full of people showing up for themselves and each other."

  • "It was my first time going to this yoga studio and trying out this type of yoga. I came in with no expectations and I was amazed. It was my favorite yoga class ever! I feel so light and just excited to go again. The energy in the space is peaceful, fun, non judgemental and most importantly kind. Folks were so kind and just nice. I highly recommend this class!!!."
