This restorative immersion is for students and teachers alike. Our training is designed for you to cultivate techniques for self care by creating a robust home practice, as well as grow your confidence in teaching this therapeutic material to others.

Focus on utilizing prop setups to create scaffolding for the body
Dedicate ample time to the art of giving and receiving adjustments
Integrate Katonah Yoga breath wraps and pranayama to bolster an implicit experience
