Valentine’s Day doesn’t have to be about big plans or fancy reservations. Sometimes the most meaningful way to celebrate is simply spending time together.

Here are some ways to spend your weekend:

💕 Bring Someone You Care About to Yoga - This Valentine’s weekend, we’re inviting you to share the love by bringing someone you care about to yoga. A friend, partner, sibling, parent, or anyone who could use a little grounding and care.

Yoga has a way of creating connection without needing words. You don’t have to be “good” at it. You don’t have to match poses. You just show up, roll out your mats, and experience the practice together.

This isn’t about doing anything perfectly or committing to anything long-term. It’s just an invitation to share something meaningful with someone you care about.

If it feels right, bring them along. We’ll take care of the rest.

If you have questions about which class might be a good fit, or want help choosing a time that works, we’re always happy to help. Our classes are welcoming, supportive, and designed to meet people where they are.

💕 Join our Jazz Night this Saturday, Feb. 14th

2nd Saturday Jazz Night is about community, artistic creativity and feel-good vibes. Every 2nd Saturday of the month you’ll be delighted by different local musicians as well as host, Jason Luckett. Bring a friend or loved one for a heart-warming and laid back night.
